Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Delivery Issues
Mail services like DHL, UPS or local services make multiple delivery attempts and in some countries leave notes or send SMS notifications.
If no response/pickup is received within a reasonable timeframe, and the customer contacts us later than 14 days after the last delivery attempt, we may not offer a refund or reshipment. We encourage customers to track their deliveries and contact us promptly for any issues.
