GENERAL GUIDELINES – BEFORE STARTING YOUR GRIP TRAINING

 

Only 5 minutes of Gripzilla Ultimatum strengthening exercises every day can significantly improve wrist joint performance. Before you begin, it's highly recommended that you warm up by squeezing the gripper lightly for a couple of seconds. Squeeze and hold the gripper fully closed, keeping this position for 15-30 seconds. Release and repeat this workout with the other hand. This will stretch out the hand and fingers and will make sure that the joints are loosened and warmed up before you start training.

Hold the Gripzilla Ultimatum firmly, such that your thumb is aligned vertically with the handle as shown and keeping the Gripper upright. This exercise targets the fingers and thumb with maximum impact on finger pinch grip strength.

 

 

 

SUGGESTIONS FOR EACH EXERCISE

There are a number of Methods to finish all the above exercises:

  • 30-Second Squeeze Squeeze and maintain the Gripzilla Ultimatum Gripper fully shut, keeping this place for 15-30 seconds. Release and repeat this workout together with the other hand.
  • Hold this position for as long as possible, making note of how long you can keep the position. Repeat with another hand. The next time you practice this exercise, attempt to match, if not exceed, the maximum amount of time you may squeeze the Gripzilla Ultimatum Gripper.
  • Squeeze & Repeat rather than squeezing and holding the Gripzilla Ultimatum Gripper closed, you may even execute 15 individual reps of opening and shutting the device completely. Complete with each hand.

The strength of your training is really up to you. We recommend a maximum of 3 cycles of each exercise each day for more powerful users. It's very important to understand your limitations rather than over-exert yourself when carrying out any rehabilitation or strengthening exercises.

 

Gripzilla Ultimatum STRENGTHENING EXERCISES – ADVANCED

Once you’ve spent time practicing exercises 1-3, you can start making a few modifications which will increase the difficulty of each exercise. This will allow you to constantly challenge your hand and fingers and help further build grip strength. For each modification, all you need to do is remove one or more fingers from the Gripper while practicing Exercises 1-3.
